Cooling-off Period/Returns
You may occasionally wish to return an order. Whether the product does not meet your expectations or for another reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return your product. You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are your responsibility. These costs are approximately £7.95 per package. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@happyduvet.co.uk. We will refund the order amount within 30 days of receiving your return, provided the product is received in good condition.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation. Handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged for return.
Exchanging a Product
Want to exchange your product? No problem at all. Please contact us at hello@happyduvet.co.uk. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to modify the order for you.
Delivery Time & Shipping Costs
We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed before 23:59 on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. However, sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery may take a bit longer. The product page provides an estimated delivery time. If we cannot meet this delivery time for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible.
All listed prices include shipping – Our shipping costs are always FREE above £20.
Delivery is handled by DPD. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 18:00 and 21:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Warranty
We care about our products and strive to deliver them in top condition. Occasionally, an order may get damaged during transport or another issue may arise that entitles you to a warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after delivery. You may have additional rights under UK law.
If you discover a defect or should have discovered it, contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable time is within two months. Under certain circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable. If you contact us in time, we will provide a free repair or replacement.
