About Our Privacy Policy Impora values your privacy greatly. Webstore Software

  • Shopify
    • Our webstore is developed with software from Shopify. Personal data you provide for our services are shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide (technical) support and will never use your data for any other purpose. Shopify is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have with them. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Shopify is a certified processor of credit card data. Shopify uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored. Shopify reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve the service. The EU/US Privacy Shield applies; your data may be processed in the United States.

Email and Mailing Lists

  • Shopify

    • We send our newsletters and transactional emails using our webstore software 'Shopify'. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent through Shopify's servers. Shopify will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of each automated email sent through our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link.     • When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address, and residence details with PostNL. PostNL only uses this data to fulfill the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.
  • DHL

    • When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL to carry out the deliveries. This data is used to administer sales invoices.     • We sell (a part of) our articles through the Bol.com platform. If you place an order through this platform, Bol.com shares your order and personal data with us. We use this data to process your order. We handle your data confidentially and have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss and unauthorized use.

Purpose of Data Processing
