My order has not been delivered yet. What should I do?
Sometimes shipping can take longer than expected. If this happens, we advise you to keep a close eye on your track & trace page. If the package has still not been delivered after 2-6 working days, please feel free to contact us.
Can I change my delivery time?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. You can try to arrange this with the delivery person, but we have noticed that this is usually not possible. If you are not available during the delivery time, please contact us.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your order. In this case, the best option is to return the item and re-order. This can easily be done via our returns portal.
How does the 30-day trial sleep work?
With all our items, we offer a 30-day trial sleep. This means you can test, use, and try our products on your own terms. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can easily return them via the returns portal.
What size washing machine do I need?
Good question! The size of the duvet depends on the contents of the washing machine's drum. Take a look at the washing instructions page to find out exactly what size you need for the duvet.
