My order was delivered incorrectly. What should I do?
Please contact our customer service at hello@happyduvet.co.uk, and we'll resolve this as quickly as possible.
How quickly will my return be processed?
We do our best to process all returns as quickly as possible and aim to do so within 5 working days of receipt. After processing, you will receive your refund within 1 to 2 working days.
What information do I need to return my order?
You only need your order number, which begins with a # followed by a sequence of numbers, and the email address you used to place the order.
Can I get my money back?
You certainly can! Choose "I want a refund" on the return page. We charge £5.95 for returns because we believe everyone should contribute to the environment. By applying a fee for returns, we can make our packaging more sustainable and together do our part to improve the world.
Is it environmentally responsible to return my order?
Returning orders is not environmentally responsible, as it leads to additional CO2 emissions and potential product waste. We encourage customers to think carefully about their purchases to avoid unnecessary returns. If a return is necessary, we kindly ask that you use the original HappyDuvet box to minimize the environmental impact.

Nothing is more frustrating than a lengthy return process, and we understand that irritation. That's why we've made it as easy as possible for you, our customer. Within our return portal, you can easily specify why your item isn't entirely to your satisfaction and receive a return label within a few minutes.
